TOAST.net Call Alert

TOAST.net Call Alert turns your computer into a full featured call management system. Call Alert will allow you to be notified of incoming calls while using a dial-up connection, announce caller-ID information, keep a record of your calls, "Zap" telemarketers, and much more!

Requirements

  • Windows 7, Vista, or XP
  • V.92 Compatible Modem
  • Call Waiting service from your phone company. Caller ID service is recommended.
  • 512MB of RAM

Installation

  1. Click this link -> Download Now, then click Run or Open. (1.4MB ~5 min. @ 56K).
  2. Click Next on the Welcome Screen.
  3. Read and Agree to the License Agreement.
  4. Click Next to choose the installation location.
  5. Click Install to begin installation.
  6. Click Next when installation is complete.
  7. Click Finish and reboot the computer when prompted.
  8. When the computer restarts, you will be prompted to select a modem (if your computer has more than one modem installed, make sure the correct modem is displayed in the drop-down menu). Click OK.
  9. A screen will appear that will test the capabilities of your modem (you may see some error messages here- this is normal).
  10. When complete, you will see a message saying "Your modem was tested successfully and should work with the program." Click Done!.
  11. The next time you connect to TOAST.net, Call Alert will register your software and prompt you to enter a username and password. Use your complete TOAST.net email address and password, then click OK.
  12. Installation is complete.
